At PurpleWings UAE, we prioritize delivering products exactly as described. Returns and replacements are allowed only under strictly defined conditions.
1. Return Eligibility (7 Days Only)
You may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery only if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
Strict Enforcement: Any return request failing to meet these conditions will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer at their cost.
2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement is only possible after the original item has been returned and verified.

Pickup and replacement will be arranged strictly by our support team.

The replacement process may take 7–15 business days, depending on timely customer coordination.

Unauthorized attempts to claim replacements or returns outside these rules will be denied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances:

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear.

Products without original packaging, serial numbers, or accessories.

Items not returned within the 7-day window.
No exceptions will be made for these conditions.

Abuse of the return/replacement system, including repeated invalid requests, may result in account suspension or restriction of future purchases.

Customers are fully responsible for backing up personal data and removing locks/passwords on devices. PurpleWings UAE will not be liable for data loss.
