PurpleWings UAE, operated by Buydi F.Z.C, is an e-commerce platform serving customers in Dubai and across the UAE. We provide a range of products through our website and mobile application.

By using our Platform, you agree that all purchases, deliveries, returns, and service interactions are governed by these Terms, our Return & Replacement Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders may be placed directly via our website or mobile app.

  • Payment methods include prepaid options (credit/debit card, wallet credit), cash on delivery (COD), and installments via Tabby/Tamara (UAE only).

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Accept or decline any order at our discretion.

    • Cancel or modify orders due to pricing or stock errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within eligible regions in the UAE and may be subject to order-value limits.

  • No additional fees are charged for COD.

  • Repeated order rejections or misuse of COD may result in restriction or suspension of your account.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Deliveries are handled through a mix of in-house logistics and trusted third-party couriers within the UAE.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location and product type.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the registered address. PurpleWings UAE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving their order, subject to eligibility conditions in the Return & Replacement Policy.

  • Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days of inspection and approval, using the same payment method where possible or via wallet credit.

5. Pricing, Promotions & Offers

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

  • In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse an order.

  • Offers, coupon codes, and campaigns are limited-time and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Some offers may be exclusive to prepaid purchases.

6. User Accounts and Guest Checkout

  • Customers may shop as guests or create an account.

  • Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring their account information is accurate.

  • PurpleWings UAE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

  • By submitting content, you grant PurpleWings UAE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing across any medium.

  • Total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the total value paid for that order.

  • We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party service providers, couriers, payment gateways, or external factors beyond our control.

  • These Terms are governed by UAE law.

  • Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts within the UAE.
